Local recruitment activityRequirements and site visit
You tell us the headcount, shifts, skills and start date. We visit the site to see the work and the conditions before we quote.
Proposal and service agreement
You receive a written proposal with the staffing plan, rates and terms. We sign a service agreement in line with DOLE Department Order 174-17.
Recruitment, onboarding and deployment
We recruit from the local area, screen, complete medical and documentary requirements, run orientation, then deploy on the agreed date.
Ongoing management
Our on-site supervisors handle attendance, discipline and replacements. We run payroll, remit SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG, and report to you on schedule.
Registered, and the paperwork is ours to keep in order.
Kariken is the employer of the personnel we deploy. Wages, benefits and monthly remittances to SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG are our responsibility, and we keep the records a DOLE inspection asks for.
Copies of certificates are available on request. We do not publish scans.
