About the group

Three companies, one management team.

Kariken Group is a family of Batangas-based companies that supply people, build facilities and keep small businesses compliant. The same managers sit across all three.

What each company does.

Every company stands on its own registration and its own team, and shares the group's management, head office and standards.

    Kariken Manpower Services Inc.

    DOLE-registered contractor incorporated in February 2024. 800+ active personnel recruited, deployed, supervised and paid by Kariken for production, packaging, logistics, warehousing, facility and janitorial work.

    Kariken Construction Inc.

    Residential, commercial and industrial construction with a 150+ workforce, its own excavators and trucks, and aggregates and tiles from stock. Projects in South Luzon and North Luzon.

    DV Consulting - West Batangas

    Trade name of Kariken Management Consultancy Services, a DV Consulting franchise in Batangas City. Business registration, bookkeeping, accounting, tax, PCAB and PhilGEPS accreditation, with CPAs and lawyers from the DV Consulting network.

Leadership

The people who run the group.

The same four managers lead all three companies. Between them, 71 years in HR, operations and finance.

Chief Executive Officer

Five years in banking, then seven years in Dubai with an international firm, specialising in employee benefits and corporate insurance. He holds a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute, London, and leads the group.

Nancy Arguelles, HR and Admin Manager

Twenty-eight years in human resources across telecommunications, retail, logistics and financial services. She heads recruitment, employee relations and HR administration for deployed personnel.

Nino Asugue, Operations Manager

Nino Asugue

Operations Manager

Twenty-three years in manpower and staffing, including managing the manpower requirements of large schools and hospitals. He oversees deployment and on-site operations.

Aillen Buhat, Finance Manager

Aillen Buhat

Finance Manager

Twenty years in finance, in telecommunications and shipping before joining Kariken. She is responsible for the finances and reporting of the company.
